I’ve lived here for six months, and I’m leaving this review because people deserve to know what they are walking into. Our actual apartment is great, and the upper floors (2 to 5) are genuinely comfortable. That is where the two stars come from.

But everything outside the unit is a completely different story.

My car window has been smashed multiple times. The upper lot is cramped, full of door dings, and you are not allowed to pay for a second parking spot even if you need one. The first floor... feels like a constant target, with glass on the exterior doors getting smashed, units having their screens tampered with, and an overall sense that the building is not being taken care of or kept secure.

It honestly does not feel like a safe neighborhood, and nothing I have experienced here makes me believe that will change. I would not recommend living here to anyone, and I wish I had known this before signing a lease.

You'll feel right at home in this beautiful apartment. The staff are friendly and responsive and the building shines thanks to how clean and bright it is! I do feel safe living here thanks to a well lit outdoor and indoor lighting.

It is well built, high ceilings and lovely design.

I love the design of the apartments and the cleanliness. Great response from the management and maintenance team as well.

I live how well lit the halls and surrounding areas are as well. Really pleasant atmosphere here.

The carts have been a life saver so far moving so many large items and the staff has been super nice and welcoming. The areas are all super clean and the butterfly code on my phone made it so much easier to move then a physical key

I really enjoy living here the neighbors and community are wonderful. The only issue is that parking is quite expensive compared to everything else.
