Nice community
CSCC is a nice place for young families with kids. It is great to have other people around in a similar stage of life. However, the buildings are aging and have a lot of problems,vehicles management is not always very responsive to. Rent steadily goes up every year and is getting to a point where it will reach or surpass market value. In addition there have been security concerns in the neighborhood, including dozens of bike thefts and 2 armed robberies in the last year.
