Good Place to live
Been here 2 years now and its one of the best places ive lived. The property manager Timm is the best guy. Everything is well maintained in a timely manger, very professional, communication is good. People in the apartments are chill, and parking is never horrible. The only con is YES the trash is loud and picks up a lot (which is standard for downtown) but it fills up quickly, the one day they dont come it because crazy full. You get use to hearing the trash and its nice to know that the whole… place is clean and doesn't smell like old garbage.
