Nice apartment building.

Convenient location, near coffee shops, restaurants, parks and downtown. Great office management crew. If you have an after hours emergency they're quick to respond. Neighbors are nice although their kids can be loud at times.

Everything a renter could want!

This building has all a renter could want. It's at the edge of downtown Minneapolis, on a bus line, and across from a city park (Elliott). All the units have their own washers and dryers (no more quarters!), the neighboring complex has a workout facility, a corner market, a full restaurant and a coffee house with wi-fi. Downtown is within walkable distances, and the landlords are courteous and multi-lingual.

Good for Price

The front office staff is always super friendly. The apartments are pretty nice, and it's a great price considering the location.
