Beautiful area with amazing management and friendly neighbors! So convenient with Cub Foods downstairs, train station across the street, lovely cafes nearby and plenty of scenic spots to walk or bike around including Minnehaha falls which is less than a mile away!

Smooth move in process - great communication by staff, apartment was clean and ready to go, elevators and carts made moving easy. So far I'm finding the building to be quiet and everyone living and working here to be friendly.

First night and when I woke up it felt like I was right at home. Love the sound of the city traffic and everything going on outside. Love my view and favorite thing is my balcony
