First and Last Year.
I moved into Millworks Lofts around September of last year, from the very first so called "Tenant Meeting" with property management, that was so very rushed and ignored. I said i at the meeting and I will continue to say it now, I regret even moving into this building. I should've asked around to all the tenants already there. John and Renee don't care about their tenants, they get upset whenever they are asked an honest thorough question meaning they never want you to confront them on anything-... they just want tenants' money and for tenants to be seen and not heard. I hope they reap everything sewn. Save your money, Millworks has roaches, and mites, they never care to fix things "properly" oh, but they will spend just enough time in your apartment to save face and document they're presence.
ONCE AGAIN SAVE YOUR MONEY! Rent somewhere else where management actually cares enough to have a DECENT MATURE dialogue unless you like playing with 45+ year old children as management? MILLWORKS LOFT IS YOUR BEST BET! :) Do what you will with this information. Ask for John and Renee especially and watch their attitudes lol you'll be amazed at how quick their tone changes when their authority is in question!
