Don't rent from these people
I rented from them, they are horrible, they don't fix anything, the staff are rude and they try and scam for money, their apartments have bugs and mice and the laundry room didn't have any functioning machines.

smoking policy not enforced
They have a no smoking policy but they do not enforce it. They do post notes on both front and back doors threatening to do something. Tenants threaten others. Controlled entry is nil people just prop the doors open. And there have been several break ins at the 2633 pleasant building the only thing that they did was give tenants a stick for their windows. The building next to it has bars on the windows for added security. Which also has a big weed population (the 2633 pleasant building) so if... you don't care about your safety and like to smoke weed this is the building for you.

Better than expected
Not that I was expecting a whole lot, but it was a solid apartment in a cool, urban neighborhood. I'll be returning to these guys for my apartment hunting in the future.

Hennepin Ave is Ultimately the best to me!
I love Hennepin Avenue, the community is lovely and peaceful. The apartment looked nice and very up to date, even the staff were friendly and pleasing.
