Management is best

Marcy Park apartments are a perfect place to live near University campus. Apartments are well maintained. Management is very prompt and always ready to help. Rocky and Shannon are real life savers.

We have had issues this year with the online payment system and working out the details of that with the office. Other than that, I have had a positive experience in the apartment.

Many of my... (Verified Renter)

Many of my friends would be annoyed by the distance, even though this building is so close to a bus stop. The problem is that many times myself or my friends are on campus until after dark, and at this point the buses only run every half hour, yet walking home alone is not safe. My friends currently prefer their other living arrangements because they do not deal with this dilemma, and many of them have in-unit laundry which they much prefer.
