Great location and well sized units, but constant changes in how rent and utilities are paid, additional fees (package locker, etc), and poor communication from management about changes or scheduled maintenance leave much to be desired about this apartment building.

Nolo South has been great — fast maintenance, facility is constantly being evolved/upgraded, is clean, and is at the perfect location. I’d highly recommend living here.

My experience at Nolo Living East has been great. The appliances work wonderfully and having the coffee machine in the lobby is great for the mornings.

I love the building and the onsite employees are great. Upper management was really disappointing in handling water damage and repair management.

Amazing location, big apartment, solid views! Leasing staff is very helpful too! There are tons of restaurants, bars and coffee shops within walking distance. It’s a great way to experience the city.
