Leasing staff is terrible

The leasing staff is completely unresponsive as a resident. They don’t answer email, phone calls, or messages on the resident portal. Extremely unprofessional.

The amenities are exceptional here, everything is very clean, and the events hosted by the staff are a lot of fun! It would be cool if they had like a fresh juice bar event some day this summer!
