Overall enjoying it! Great community

- Wish there was a little more guidance on navigating the internet and thermostat system upon moving in. Found the whole process a little confusing/overwhelming to figure out.

- Confused about the use for the larger party room. As it only allows 2 guests per resident, given its large size (~158 people max capacity) it feels under-utilized. At all the of other luxury apartments I've lived in, a room of that size has been multi-use (ex: rentable for parties,... allowances of smaller groups x>10, etc).

My suggestion would be to make the room either available for rent (similar to the smaller room) or increase the allowance to 5 guests per residence to increase flexibility of the space.

Easy move in procress and communication. Everyone was helpful and nice. We were able to easily get our keys and move in and the staff helped when my garage tag didn’t work

Move in was a little chaotic and a few things weren’t fixed prior to my move in which was mildly frustrating, but it’s all been fixed now and I love the apartment and amenities! One thing to note about the gym, is that it’s not really big enough for the amount of people living here. I’ll need to buy a gym membership because the equipment (like the one singular squat rack) is always in use when I try to go workout.
