Flickering light The day after I submitted a work order the wall switch was discovered to be the cause and was quickly replaced the next day.

Excellent I’ve lived here for over a year and it’s lovely and mostly quiet. The couple of times I’ve needed something fixed, they get it done, like, immediately. Maybe the best responsiveness of any management ever.
