Sabathani Senior Housing

My mother-in-law lives here and pays an exorbitant rate for a one-bedroom apartment although her rent just about breaks even with her monthly income. Why are they labeled as affordable senior housing? And, be aware that the units do not have bathtubs, only showers. There is only one shared bathtub on one of the floors that no one wants to use. Who designed a senior building that's unaffordable and excludes bathtubs? I gave 5 stars due to the nice appearance, but subtracted 3 due to the issues I... noted above. Read More

My parent lives here. I work as a home nurse and visited multiple senior homes. My family and I wanted our parent to live here because it's a senior home. Biggest con is there is no furniture in the family room lounge, no senior events, workouts, Bingo, senior gatherings. Biggest concern the workout room only has a bike and treadmill ( Where are the weights,, TV, and it's freezing)This is very concerning. Nice place but definitely an after thought for seniors. This is the best apartment I have ever lived in. Sr living is the best! It's so nice and quiet and clean plus my neighbors are ALL very nice. Big beautiful windows in my living room that overlook the garden area and a small playground and the best is watching the beautiful skies. This place is truly a blessing.
