Stevens Square Apartments

We are just moving from here. The price isn't worth living here. In the winter it's really cold because the windows are poorly insulated so even with plastic on the windows air still pushes thru from under the window, you will have to buy space heaters to actually warm up your place. The maintenance is horrible, you have to call so many times before they actually come and fix anything, we've had broken cabinets and faucet knobs. Upon moving out they have no consideration for the tenants who are... moving out, they will set appointments while your packing your stuff and still in the place... they give you a 1 to 2min.
