Great location and spacious apartments
It’s right on the Greenway with a lot of restaurants and things to do. Our apartment is very spacious with lots of natural light.

Great size apartments!
The square footage of these apartments are huge compared to other apartments in Mpls. I live on first floor with loft style ceilings too. So many great restaurants/activities to do in the area. The management staff is awesome! Shout out to Shannon & Hana! Love living here!

Value for my rent
I have lived several places in Uptown and the Murals is by far my favorite. The building and units are well made and functional. Even stylish!
The rare times I have needed maintenance, they were always quick and kind about all fixes.
The most impressive part is the constant upgrades. Many buildings in Uptown just stay as they are because they know people will pay for location. In my 3 years at Murals, there has been new flooring, the building has been painted, new furniture in the community... room, new shared computers, new fancy coffee machine, and more. I always feel like I am getting the value for my rent here.

Great Lynlake location
Love living here. Right next to tons of restaurants and bars. Easy access to downtown and the lakes. Perfect for biking around on the greenway and surrounding bike paths.
