We absolutely love our apartment at the Penhurst. The spacious open concept, covered balcony with grill, direct access to Theodore Wirth trails, responsive & kind staff, and large 5th floor gym with sauna/yoga room/pickle ball court that rivals most gyms makes the price well worth it. Some challenges are that parking spots are tight, and south-facing apartments get the most traffic sound (but also the most light for plants). Excellent community with fully updated everything. Extremely secure. Attentive staff. Residents do an awesome job of sharing all the amenities.

I genuinely love living in this apartment building. From the moment I moved in, it felt like home. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully managed. The common areas are spotless, the landscaping is beautiful, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally.

What really sets this building apart is the sense of community. The neighbors are friendly and respectful, and management goes above and beyond to create a welcoming environment. Communication is... clear and timely, which makes a huge difference and shows how much they truly care about residents.

The location is also incredibly convenient — close to everything I need while still feeling peaceful and safe. It’s the perfect balance of comfort and accessibility.

Great place to live, would reccomend.

Great location & great community. Easy access to major highways, Theo With Park, SLP, grocery stores, etc.

The amenities are great & I regularly use them. They are ALWAYS clean. Indoor pickle ball court is awesome.

I'm always greeted by a nice smile & wave from De-Lajah in the lobby. Additionally, John is an amazing person & equally as amazing at his job (maintenance). Always on top of things.

It’s a great place to live if you love nature/ the outdoors. The staff are always helpful and welcoming, and the amenities are great. My favorites are the sauna, gym, and the coffee machine. The only complaint is that maintenance enters without much notice. They ask for permission through the request and each time I put call for permission.
