I moved here 4 months ago. But so far everyone is very nice. Any questions I had were answered quickly. It's a pretty quiet building and the amenities are very nice.

GREAT place to call home
From the countless amenities to the attentive and professional staff, Emrik is a great place to call home. It’s also conveniently located in a nice quiet area away from the Twin Cities but still close enough to make the drive without it feeling like a chore. As a Minnesota transplant I couldn’t have picked a better first place to call home. Can’t say enough great things about this place.

Great Location and Amenities
The Emrik is a great place to live. It’s conveniently located just off 694 and close to a variety of restaurants and shopping options, including Target and Trader Joe’s. The staff and residents are friendly and easy to engage with, which makes the community feel welcoming. The amenities are excellent, and I find myself using them daily.

We LOVE EmrikSV
We absolutely love living at EmrikSV! From day one, this community has truly felt like home. The atmosphere is welcoming, friendly, and well cared for. The amenities are a huge bonus — we especially enjoy the gym and the pool/hot tub area. It makes it so easy to relax or get a great workout without ever leaving home.
The staff is incredible — always kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful. It’s clear they care about the residents and work hard to keep everything running smoothly. We’re so... grateful to be part of such a wonderful community and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that truly feels like home!

Amazing Community and Great Place to Live
I’ve been living here for 4 years and it has truly been an amazing experience. They host resident events every month, which makes the community feel welcoming and enjoyable. The property is very pet friendly, the amenities are great, and the staff is always helpful and attentive. You can really tell they care about the residents and work hard to make this a great place to live.
