    Loden SV - A Great Place to Live

    I have lived at Loden SV for about 4 months and have enjoyed my time here. The amenities are nice and I am excited to use the outdoor amenities this summer. The location is convenient with Target, YMCA, Cub Foods, food, and more all down Lexington. When I have asked staff questions or needed maintenance to come by the people I have interacted with have been kind and helpful. One inconvenience about the apartment complex is parking options, especially for overnight guests, however I haven’t had… issues with guests receiving parking tickets for parking overnight on the street. Overall I am satisfied with my decision to move here and have recommended this place to friends who are looking for housing.
