Great first apartment

The Wellstone Apartments have been a great first non-college apartment so far. Our leasing agent was very genuine and helpful. The units are a nice size, and the walk-in closets are great. In-unit laundry and the balcony with a view of the Minneapolis skyline are nice perks at a reasonable price for the proximity to downtown. There isn't much within walking distance, but downtown is just a short bus ride away. Which is excellent if you work in that area because you save a lot not having to park... downtown.
