Outdated appliances and fixtures. Worn out and in need of repair. Management unwilling to make repairs. Apartment has a fuse box instead of a circuit breaker. Doesnt function very well. Stove and oven smell burnt no matter what you are cooking. ZERO counter space in the kitchen. Have to use a bookshelf for my microwave. Windows don't insulate well. It's always cold in here in the winter even with the heat on full blast. Air conditioning doesn't work well. Sleeping in my bedroom is unbearable in... the summer. Fridge makes terrible high pitched noise when it turns on. Kitchen sink was installed backwards so it is difficult to change the temperature. Bathtub has no finish on the ceramic. Seems to have been damaged at some point. The resulting stains are pretty terrible. Also the tiles are uneven in the shower and it makes the grout fall out of the tiles again and again, allowing water to enter the wall behind it. Walls and floors are paper thin. Neighbors sound like they are in the same room with you even when they arent being loud. I can hear them sneezing or using the bathroom for bodily functions. Also there is a problem with wasps getting into my apartment all year round. All 4 seasons come with wasps inside my apartment. In the summer the lawns are riddled with multiple underground nests. And they will swarm you if you walk on the grass. Management unwilling to do anything about it. I am not satisfied. My complaints resulted in them kicking me out midwinter, presumably to avoid spending money to fix any of the problems. Perhaps other units are nicer than #13. I sure hope so.
