Arden Court Apartments

Been living here 6 years and still waiting for a hot shower

The apartments are clean, and even though there are kids around, I didn't notice any unusual noises or any screeching outside normal hours. We lived in a 3BR apartment, 3 college students.
However, I will say that my car was broken into while I lived here. Inside the apartment garage. I was on vacation at the time, just for a few days, and no one bothered to tell me. Not my roommates, and not the management. When I approached the manager about it, she knew exactly which car I was talking about.... Other cars were broken into as well, and I'm not sure how their situations went down, but there was no offer to help me cover the cost of repairing my windows/car doors.
Another thing was that I was billed charges for electricity after my lease had ended. I had shut off the electricity, yet I was billed much more than I ever paid monthly for the next two months after we vacated the property.
