When you move out they will come up with unccessary charges just to deduct from your deposit. Even if you turn in the keys they will stay charge you for not retuning keys

They will be nice to you at time until you move in, they will unnecessarily charge you for every maintenance call you made upon you moving out.

Property is old, walls and doors are paper thin. You will hear everything. I lived on the first floor and could hear clear as day any conversations or movement in the apartment above mine as well as out in the hallway. Kept me up most nights and most certainly interferes with working from home. Drove me out of the apartment. In a 2 bedroom one of the bedrooms doesn’t have air conditioning flowing through it so it is unbearable to sleep in the summer. Nothing to fix it unless you use multiple... fans. They take your security deposit once you move out. They charge you for cleaning even though you spend hours cleaning and carpet professionally cleaned. $30/hr which they took $240. 3 fires at this apartment. maintenance is hard to get a hold of. They never fix what you call them for. They tell you it seems to work right now or put a patch on things. When you move out they charge you for all these maintenance that they should fixed when you moved in.

I’ve lived here for a year. Water has been pouring into my apartment for 2 days. Can’t get ahold of anyone so it’s just been pouring into our apprtment. I guess the apartment above ours has a backed up sink that they just left overflowing. 3 fires since we’ve lived here. Not easy to get ahold of anyone. Smells bad.
