STAY AWAY

I lived at Mark Court Apartments for two years, A year each in two different units. My experience was absolutely horrible, BOTH units had clogged drains, one the hot water never worked properly, doors were broken or locks would stick, washers and dryers barely worked, and A ridiculous number of other things that should have been checked and fixed before anyone even moved in. They literally spent thousands of dollars fixing up the main office building on the outside with new rocks and grass to... look nice to lure poor unsuspecting victims in while NEVER fixing anything for the tenants. Maintenance and management are completely incompetent, so I ended up fixing most things myself. STAY AWAY
