Horrible

This place is horrible!! Landlord never keeps up the property, the onsite manager likes to go into your apartment without your consent when you're not home, potholes in the ground, dirty and unkempt property, and they overcharge you! Do not rent here beware!!

I love my apartment

I live in a one bedroom apartment in Osseo, Minnesota. It is close to two major highways and a few blocks from downtown Osseo. I have rented here for 2 years and I love it! The apartment owners come to check on the buildings at least two times a week. We also have an apartment manger that lives in one of the apartments. I have never had a problem with getting ahold of management. If I have ever needed something repaired, it is fixed within 48 hours. There are three apartment buildings with… 15 units per building. Nice and quiet and friendly neighbors in the apartments. I love my apartment and I don't plan on moving any time soon.
