Beyond the Call of Duty Mike not only efficiently fixed the clothes rod supports in my bedroom but also removed (upon our request) the old cable dish on our deck and dumped it in the trash. And believe me, it was really bolted in in several places. Thanks, Mike, for all your help.

Thank you for your quick response I had an issue with an appliance and requested maintenance and they showed up next day, diagnosed the issue, told me it would take a few days to get the part and once it showed up, they were back to complete the job! I appreciate how quickly you complete things and I know if anything happens, you will sort it out. Thanks!

Great Maintenance Team Quick response to maintenance request. Prompt and efficient handling of issue at hand (replacing water heater). Set proper expectations as to when to expect replacement and how soon I would have hot water again. The team left the area clean and dry. Thank you Gents!
