    Nice place to live

    Amenities: Each apartment has a ceiling fan, disposal, & their own laundry (full-size machines in 2 Bdr, smaller in 1), and the building has a workout room. There's an outdoor pool with lounge chairs and tables (but no indoor pool). Heat is paid, & each apartment has a spot in the underground, heated parking garage. The controlled access building has 3 floors with an elevator. Full-size & small grocery carts are available for use, on site. The building is non-smoking.

    The good: The    … building is older (70s or 80s?) but is kept up pretty well. Apartments have wood burning fireplaces - gas would be nicer but then our gas probably wouldn't still be paid. Each apartment has a storage locker available, as well as a place in front of each car in the garage where a bike can be locked up. There are a lot of places within walking distance to eat nearby, as well as a nice movie theater & Cub Foods.

    The not so good: Although tenants are given a key to open the door to the building, it's often left propped open. There's no party room. The fitness room is a little small & some people are hard on equipment. The apartments can run warm due to lack of good air flow. The office staff has gone through some changes, office hours aren't currently posted & it's more difficult to get packages when the office is closed during delivery, or after work & on weekends when you want to pick up your package. Grocery carts are often missing & left on random floors. Some tenants smoke in their apartments or their patio/balcony, even though it's not allowed.
