Don’t rent here
The roof needs to be replaced, we have a cupboard that needs to be replaced and the owner will not do it and no security locks so anyone can walk into the buildings

Low Rent but Poor Quality
My son lived there for a year, the apartment building is in very rough shape and the parking is even worse. The building has a bad odor as well, probably from various cooking smells that do not leave. They are not very clean or well appointed, but the rent was low enough for him to afford as his first apartment. Renter beware!
