Upstairs you will find all 4 bedrooms. Primary has large walk in and full bath with dual sinks, tub, and shower. There is another full bath in the hallway.

Downstairs you have a family room, walking through that is the bar and game room area. 3/4 bath and storage are also located in the basement.

As a tenant you will be responsible for all utilities, lawn care, and snow removal. Renters insurance is required.

Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo)

Applications will be available at time of showing or online. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card.
