Great place! Awesome management and staff! I have lived here almost 3 years and I love it here. The staff is on top of everything. I rarely need anything from them but when I do I never have to wait long and things are done right. The amenities are super nice and well maintained. I recommend PSF whenever I hear someone is looking for an apartment.

This place is awful.
Residents at this location are terrible. Staff is incompetent when it comes to dealing with these issues. The place is comparable to a McDonald's Playground Palace. Everything just seems sticky, there’s usually spilt beverages and food in the community areas at all times, and no one watches their kids. 4/5 pet owners should not have one. They let their dogs attack others and there is usually dog waste in the hallways. Residence will also sneak their cars into the garage when they don’t own... a parking spot because they are too cheap to buy one. This place has only been open a few years, but already has a the wear and tear of a bit over a decade. It worth it. Look somewhere else.
