Ridiculous fees
This complex has some antiquated rooms full of hand-me-down equipment that no one uses and they want people to pay $520 to $770 in fees.
This is my fourth condo and based on amenities the fees should be around $400.
Simply don't live here. Everyone is trying to move out.
