Move in process went seamlessly, but the sauna was not in service on my first night staying here so I had to put in a service request to ask why

A hidden gem close to the city. Quiet area with lots of trails and parks near by. The small complex makes it feel more like home. I have been here for 6 years and just resigned my lease! Love it here!

My touring to move in experience all went really smoothly and my unit itself was in great condition upon move in. All the staff I’ve interacted with have been so helpful and I’m happy that I chose Arrive 4301 as my new home! It’s also a great bonus they are pet friendly for my two cats!
