Arrive St Louis Park

I love living at Arrive! The location is perfect with lots of stores nearby as well as access to main highways. The surrounding neighborhood feels safe and a lot of people spend time outside (especially at the park across the street). There is a decent amount of families with children here, but also a lot of young adults with dogs. It's a clean and quiet area for the most part. Amenities are great and staff/maintenance are super responsive. Other residents are friendly in the elevators ("have a... good day" etc.), but tend to keep to themselves for the most part.

The biggest issues are:
-The water being shut off 1 day/~every other month due to a leak in the garage
-Getting your car out of the parking lot due to lots of snow or ice (they do plow, but sometimes can't get out there before people leave for work)
-Cars parking in the fire lane
-Barking dogs (every once in a while)

Great apartment complex and great community! The staff are extremely helpful and always willing to lend an extra hand. They have also been very willing to work with us.

If you are a new college graduate looking for a place out of the city but still in a young, vibrant community, ArriveSLP is a great place to look! Good amenities, situated in a residential area near a park, and has easy access to the city.

Great place to live, management is very understanding and helpful with concerns. The amenities are very nice. Location is great, close proximity to a ton of businesses and parks/trails. One downside is that the parking lot fills up every night, so good luck finding a spot late at night.

Move in was rocky but very quiet place, which is good. The apt wasnt in great shape, cabinets have a really strong smell so does the hallway. A lot of details were left behind for me to resolve.
