Very kind and understanding management with nice and spacious rooms which is fantastic! The parking situation can be a little hard since there isn’t availability in the garage and the lot usually is full in the evenings.

Overall, I like Arrive. Nice managers, helpful. The night out event was really nice. I'd love to try and start some community building, but not sure how to go about it. A book club, a cooking club. Something to meet more people.

We recently moved in and love the place! It’s a great location with a well kept building. The surrounding area has many restaurants and a shopping complex is about a mile down the road.

Even with unexpected circumstances and a quick turn around from the last tenant to our move in, the place was clean and anything we noticed was taken care of quickly. Very happy with the space and our interactions with management. Got a garage space for the apartment on the second day, only complaint there is that is isn’t well lit and is dirty. It feels safe enough and the dirty makes sense given the trash is located there.
