Great place, quiet neighborhood with plenty of things around. Owners were very responsive. nice parking lot. Always had snow cleared even during the heaviest winter in recent. Would recommend

I was a tenant here for a year and the spot was super close to West End and very affordable for the location. The landlords were amazing and fast to respond to any problems or issues we had which were very minimal. Recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great & affordable spot near downtown area!

I am currently a tenant here and I have nothing bad to say about this place. The landlords truly care for their tenants and the property is well taken care of. The location of the place is AMAZING, we are right near the highway and we are within a few minutes of every thing we need. There has never been any noise issues and parking has never been an issue, neither for us or guests that we have over. Overall, this is a great 2 bedroom apartment and I have truly enjoyed living here.

This was my first apartment, on my own, after graduating college. The management team is wonderful and was always there if I had any questions or concerns come up during my 1.5 year lease. The only time I needed maintenance to come, they were there within a few hours and solved my issue very quickly. In addition to the management team, my complex neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. There were many fun nights spent at the grill and fire pit. I will greatly miss living at 1346 and highly... recommend it to any interested!
