How Is This Rating Determined?

Overpriced with poor living condition. Great location.

If you're looking for an apartment that isn't kept up, has rust stains in the carpet, pipes that don't drain, and a washer and dryer that ruins your clothes, this is the place for you. The only positive is the location. Right next to Minneapolis.
