Between the constant water shut off’s and the heating problems during winter this place proves to be a “lipstick on a pig” property. Constantly regretting and shocked to be paying these high rent prices for this living experience here at the Verge apartments.

I have loved my time at the Verge so far. The location is great and it feels like the perfect first apartment for me. The free coffee is a nice bonus and I have really enjoyed those in the community that I have met thus far.

I would leave 0 stars if I could but I don’t think I can. Management does not care about the people that live here or the people who work here. They fumble more than the Vikings in the post season and then tell you it’s your fault.
I have and will continue to tell my friends to stay away from the Verge and hope you do too.
The only good part of this place is Ortencia who is amazing.
