Poor Water Quality & Slow Management Response
Water Quality: Ive seen other reviews mention water issues, primarily with water shutoffs. These have been fixed, we have had 1 water shutoff from July 2025 to review date (End of April 2026).
What they have not fixed, and is absolutely horrible is the water quality. There is an unbelievable amount of sediment in the water. We bought a water filter that attaches to faucet for our apartment and it burns through filters every month (filters are advertised as lasting up to 6 months and we do not... use excess water). Filters are sandy brown when changing them and you can visibly see sand caked up in parts of the filter. Ive taken various pictures and videos of our dogs water dish covered in sediment, boiled water with particles and sediment in it, etc and sent it to management with no response (this is another complaint i have with the apartment ill list below). The sole reason we are looking to move is because of the water quality.
Management Response Rate: Maybe its just me but if you are having an issue that is not a maintenance request, youre likely not getting a response and if you want one, you will need to send multiple follow up emails to get any form of acknowledgement out of management:
1. Emailed about stepping in dog poop on property (decided to send email after it happened twice in the dark) and that i also lost my package room login and needed new one. Needed to send 3 separate emails to even get a response out of Spencer (at the time assistant office manager, now office manager). He addressed package room login but not dog poop.
2. As noted above we emailed about water quality being a concern with crickets from the office, not even as much as an acknowledgement of the email.
3. Smaller complaint but we were missing a few small parts to various cupboards in our kitchen upon move-in, we went down to talk to office and they said they would have the things that were missing ordered and would email us when they arrived. Once again no response from office, we sent a follow up email and you guessed it, crickets.
Maintenance team is great, apartment is overall decent, good spot with a decent amount around it, gym is small and machines are frequently broken with slow fix times which sucks, tenants often times leave gas fireplaces on upstairs so gas bill thats split between all tenants is always crazy high in my opinion. Amenities honestly in my opinion kind of lack to other apartments in areas for same or slightly higher prices.
