Poor tenant relation skills
My worst rental experience to date. Property management is old school i.e. they run the show and tenants are to be seen and not heard. In 2021, they initiated hvac replacement in units. They gave little notice to when it would start and then lied about the length of time tenants would be displaced from sections of their apartments (2 weeks became 2+ months.) For the cost of rent, you can find better value (and fewer headaches) elsewhere.
