We have loved living here for the past 4 years! Our apartment is bright and sunny, maintenance is quick and responsive, and management goes above and beyond to connect with residents and meet our needs.

Comfortable apartments, light-filled and well-ventilated. Very well-insulated --- does not get too cold even without turning up the heat much.
Amenities are nice: the exercise rooms are well-equipped and the conference rooms and clubrooms are a nice touch.
Staff is responsive and helpful, and maintenance requests have always been addressed promptly and more than satisfactorily.

I have had a good experience living at C&E Living. I have enjoyed the convenience of the light rail system and the variety of activities the community provides. The management has been great.

The apartment and the building is sooo nice!! It’s super well designed! And the staffs are really friendly and welcoming?? Excited to live here! Price is also very reasonable with the size of the apartment

So far so good. Everyone has been very welcoming and the building is perfect for what we need. The amenities are top of the line and it is always clean and organized well
