What a great place to live??
I found this a great place to live as it is close to the airport and mall of America.. Great rent for the location.

Not worth the low pricetag
You get what you pay for in life, and in this complex you get far less. I had a six month lease in this apartment complex, and if was far and away the worst living experience I have had. During the winter the heat did not work, the windows would ice over on the inside, the washer/dryer were constantly broken, neighbors were loud and rude, and cigarettes were constantly scattered around the grounds. This was the most incompetent management group I have ever encountered; they were rude, unfriendly... , unhelpful, and did not care for their tenants. Please do yourself a favor and live somewhere else.
