This is the second apartment my boyfriend and I have rented through Live Green Apartments in Saint Paul in two years. The management team is very friendly and accessible whenever you need them. This apartment in particular is a beautiful, old Saint Paul building right at the tail end of Grand Ave. The neighborhood is fantastic to live in, with shopping and restaurants all within walking distance, and right next to the beautiful homes of Summit Hill. The only complaints I have are about some of... the little things... For example, although we understand that the building doesn't have air conditioning, and it would be our responsibility if we wanted to get a window air conditioner, our little fridge is struggling pretty hard to keep up with this heat. Also the bathtub needs to be re-caulked (but I will say, I haven't called maitenence about this, and I am confident they would fix it quickly). Laundry is also a huge hassle for us, seeing as we are on the third floor and the 5-quarter machines are in the basement. Not to mention what a mission it's become for us to scrounge for quarters wherever we go now (but also, that's to be expected with many apartments).
