Awesome place!

Joseph's pointe at upper landing is a good place to call home. When we first moved in, we had our walls painted and new carpet. Apartment was in a good shape well taken care of. The management are very helpful.. we haven't had any problems with the neighbors in term of them being loud or rude.

Cons: I don't like that 3rd and 4th floor don't have balconies. They lack storage, no place to put bike and the parking spots in garage are pretty small.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. 3rd and 4th floors you are correct do not have balconies, however they do have these amazing floor to ceiling windows in replace of them which makes for a fantastic view year round. In addition... I am so sorry that you felt their wasn't enough storage while residing here. I am unsure if their was one when you lived here however, we currently have a bike rack located at the north end of the underground parking garage. Other than the storage concerns and no balconies on 3rd and 4th floor we are so happy you enjoyed your time with us!
