The Best of Lowertown Living!
The Lofts at Farmer’s Market is a great place to live! There are views out one side of CHS Field and of historic buildings on the others. I love rolling out the door and into the Farmer’s Market, love having Big River Pizza on the first floor of our building, and enjoy music and other events right in my neighborhood. The residents are good neighbors and responsible pet owners (dog and cat friendly) and the staff persons are personable and responsive. For more information, call Jesika (Lofts at... Great Building if you are moving from Out of State!
I moved to the Lofts at Farmers Market a couple of months ago. The first day I was here the Farmers Market was absolutely packed, and there was a ton of vendors. Although busy, it was an easy move-in process. When I moved in, my apartment looked brand new, and smelled like it too. I have nothing but good things to say so far, my packages get delivered to my door, the patio space is really fun, and we have some cool resident events. Everyone seems great so far! Definitely recommend, especially if... you are looking for a place close to transportation, bars, restaurants, not to mention very dog friendly.

Like living in a boutique hotel
Management is great, and the building is extremely well-maintained. The location is fantastic: very close to lightrail, CHS Field, Mears Park, restaurants, and obviously the farmers' market -- plus there is a pizza place at street level. And there is free Wi-Fi throughout the entire building!!!
