No ELEVATOR!!
There are no elevators in this property and there seem to be a disproportionate number of people who are disabled and/or elderly on the 2nd & 3rd floors. Also, the neighborhood is very very crime ridden and dangerous

You are correct about Maryland Park not having elevators and we agree that everyone should live comfortably in their home. Maryland Park is a multi-family property that does offer several accessible units located on the 1st floor of each... building. Maryland Park is located in a very diverse neighborhood which makes it a great location for many. We are conveniently located just blocks from several grocery stores, Walgreens’, restaurants, laundry facilities and within just 5 miles of a mall.
