Mice and roaches

The staff do not care about the residents. They will make up lies to keep your deposit. They allow homeless to live in stairwells where they urinate and using the stairwells are unbearable. From the overflow of trash (not enough dumpster space for the amount of tenants) there are tons of squirrels always around, making it uncomfortable to even walk to your car. It took them over a month to address the rodent problem in the building. Other tenants also complained of roaches. Save yourself the... headache of taking them to court to get your deposit back because they will do anything in their power to try and keep it by making up lies and charging you for normal ware and tear.
