The Pointe of Saint Paul
Great location and love walking downtown to most everything I need! Although it's not as fancy as some of the residents act like it is, it is a decent place to live. There have been bed bugs and water leaks/flood issues on multiple floors recently. The elevators are often shut down as is the pool/hot tub with emails from management saying it's feces-related - yuk!

Convenience at The Pointe
Yes, it's the really tall one.
I live here because I don't have a car, I like being downtown, and this winter everyday after work I'll be relaxing in the sauna, or maybe the hot tub, while the snow comes down outside. Even with 300 units in the building, there are always washers and dryers available, right next to the "library" of free community-circulated books. This fall I'll be entertaining friends in the spacious party room, off the patio with tables, grills, basketball and tennis courts.... Ok, so it's not a _huge_ apartment, but the community is great. And did I mention how lovely the staff and management are? Why would I ever leave?
