Magnificent apartment layout. Friendly staff. Convenient location. Would love to see improved amenities (hot tub? Better pool table?)
One negative is that some of the infrastructure less than ideal (no AC/heat in bathrooms, no shower lights, no ceiling outlets).

Pool is the perfect way to cool off in the summer. Staff are very friendly. Nice residents! Would recommend to anyone looking for a new place in St Paul!

It’s a great community. I enjoy my apartment and the amenities. The maintenance staff is efficient and courteous. Me and my family have liked living here.

The upgrades so far are very visible (along the dog park).
Now that the pool is finally done is awesome to be able to enjoy for the (hotter) days to come. Hopefully everyone will utilize to be refreshed!

So far everything is great, the building, amenities and apartment are great. The building staff are all really kind. Overall just a great experience!
