Management either wouldn’t answer emails or would just lie about when things would be fixed. Moved in and was told call box would be fixed and our names would be updated in the system in a few weeks. Followed up multiple times and always got the same answer “in a few weeks”. End of our 12 month lease and still never got updated! Very poor management and extremely unprofessional. Not sure if its because we are students but it seems they don’t take requests or complaints seriously since we are... younger. We still deserve a good living experience and this was exactly the opposite. There also being no elevator makes move in and move out absolutely awful. I lived here for my senior year of college. It was a last minute pick and I wish I picked somewhere else. Our landlords were so unresponsive we had to physically go to their office for them to address our issues. Our electric bill was double than any other apartment and management refused to fix it. We lived on one of the top floors and there was NO elevator (no garbage shoot as well). Moving into the apartment was horrible. There are also no actual doors for your room. Just a sliding door that... has about a 1/2 inch gap meaning the door is not soundproof. I couldn't take any meetings in my room because you could hear quiet conversations from the kitchen all the way down the hall to my room. They also NEVER put our names in the call box the entire time we lived there (even though I asked several times) so anytime we had guests I had to physically go down to get them. The apartment was in a great location and the kitchen was very nice. The beautiful sunsets we could see from our living room did help. Besides that, no other redeeming qualities.
