Sorta new resident.
Just moved here back in July 2019. Had some maintenance issues but Frank and John (awesome maintenance team) were really on their job and fixed everything up for me. Natalya (property manager) is nice and professional. Rent is affordable, they keep the building clean a secured. And the area is quiet and good school district. I'm very happy with my new place.

I am new tenant. Very happy, owner and management did a lot renovations to my apartment but kept the price low and very affordable. Rather then wasting money on similar apartments, i like staying here and saving money for my future home. Maintenance is available all the time and very nice personal. Grounds and building simple but very clean

Not happy
Very dirty, the management seem nice but even when you need things fixed it takes a very long time And it's done poorly. They will take your money deposit for any reason when moving out so watch out on that. Have no respect for you! Not a place I would live with kids lots of people with drugs live here as well!

Neighborhood is okay, neighbors nice. Building is old and in need of major repair, i.e, kitchen cupboards old, fixtures old and covered with sediments. Country view Holdings allows dogs even pitbulls but a cheap place to live for those of us who work hard but just can't pay the rising rental rates.
