Love it!

My fiance and I moved here in October, and we absolutely love it! There is a real sense of community, and the apartments are incredible. You definitely get what you pay for! The apartments have high-end finishes and are very private. We rarely hear our neighbors. This has been wonderful since I am often in meetings during the day. However, you are only as isolated as you want to be due to the monthly get-togethers the management throws and the overall welcome environment the staff and other… tenants create. By far, this is my favorite place that we have lived.

very poor

Management staff at the mist on lake Minnetonka does nothing to help residents but will try to nickel and dime you on every corner. Very unprofessional. Barbie would never respond to issues and just ignore them. I didn’t have any way of heating or cooling in my apartment for nearly 6 months and that would not help at all not to mention the pipes burst multiple times and destroyed everything in my closet and took cold showers almost weekly. i’m talking to a lawyer about my options. That’s how… bad it got.

Living at the Mist

We have lived here for a little over a year. Our 2 bedroom unit is absolutely gorgeous, and we have a breath-taking view of West Arm Bay from our windows. The staff and level of maintenance are amazing also - everything is top-notch at the Mist!
