Arcade Estates West

This is the perfect place to rent if you want to feel "home". It is settled in a nice, quiet neighborhood with a pond on the property that has ducks, geese, egrets, and other wildlife. I've seen wild turkeys, pheasants and deer. It is so relaxing to sit out on my deck and feel nature all around me. The apartments are good sized and very up-to-date. The staff is very helpful and are quick to respond to any question. This is definitely "home"!

Renting here for 3 years now with my husband and 2 small children. The town homes are all 1 level, 2 bedroom 1 bath with single stall attached garage. We rent the lower level unit. We do occasionally hear the people who live above and beside us. Love that we have our own entrance and garage. Wish that there was more guest parking though. The kids have a playground to play at within the complex, also 2 parks within walking distance. The bedrooms are a decent size. The master bed has a walk in... closet and a vanity with sink. The spare room is a little smaller, but we still make it work with 2 boys. It fits a full size bed, crib, 2 dressers, changing table, and small desk. The kitchen I feel could be bigger, and I hate where the oven is. The bathroom is large because it also has our washer and dryer in it. I love that cause I do a lot of laundry, so the bathroom always smells good. management here is fantastic. Maintenance requests are handled very quick. They have online payments as well as maintenance requests online. All in all this has been a great place for my family for 3 years now. Read More
