Exceptional Property and Management

You won't find a comparable property with this amount of luxury, exceptional management, as well as being located in an amazing area than Aster Meadow.
Especially at their reasonable price point.
My Mom has a severe chronic health condition that requires an ada first floor apartment, which are also extremely difficult to find.
Right before Her scheduled move in date She was unfortunately hospitalized, which complicated the finalization of Her move in paperwork as well as Her move in date.
Most… property managers wouldn't have put the amount of work in that Marissa and Sasha did to accommodate all of the additional challenges in order for my Mom the secure the apartment. They definitely went above and beyond their scope of work with genuine compassion for my Moms situation.
My Mom has had some severe health battles the last few years and to see Her so happy with Her amazing apartment truly brings me joy.

I had a fantastic experience moving into this apartment. The entire process was smooth and incredibly fast, which made things so much less stressful. The office staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions I had. From application to move-in, everything was clear and straightforward.

The amenities here are really nice and well-maintained, and the neighborhood is extremely quiet with respectful neighbors, which makes it even better. I truly appreciate how easy… they made the whole experience, and I’m very happy with my new home! Highly recommend.

Friendly, clean, quiet with excellent amenities

My son has been there for one year. He loves it! It’s quiet, clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful! We have observed they attend to issues right away or as soon as reasonably possible. They take good care of the property and their residents. Communication has been excellent. We would highly recommend this complex! Signing lease for another year!

Almost perfect

Everything about this place is amazing. The location, layouts, tenants, staff, parking, cost everything. Except the place is made of paper. It is so terrible. The walls are so paper thin you can constantly hear neighbors from all levels and sides.
It is definitely something to get use to.

Love it here!!!

This property is everything I had hoped it would be! The kitchens are huge and the plank flooring gives everything a very chic vibe. The community is both friendly and classy.
Additionally, everything is set up to be super Covid-safe with conference rooms available for when I want to work from home as well as heated outdoor patios to gather with friends and family. I also really hate the cold, so the heated underground parking is huge for me! Management has been very helpful and responsive to… all my requests.

I highly recommend living here!
