Lived here for 4yrs loved it very big apartments nice price. Been through 4managers also but new management is terrible, always harassing people for no reason then once ur lease up kicks u out also doesn't come fix anything for weeks maybe even months also over the winter I have small kids who take the bus asked them to shovel the back sidewalk and never would many times my kids fell. Never planed on moving from here but got a non renewal after many harassment notifications put under my door... from management. For 4 years of living here never ever been even late on rent once, never had any complaints or never had the cops called follow the rules all the way. Sad people who have been very good tenets for many years like us are leaving or getting non renewals and having to be harassed. New management comes in and they have over 26 apartments vacant what does that tell you about here bad management. Read More

management always makes you feel like you are inconveinant and unless you constantly ask them to fix something expect it to take at least 2 months

This property will not respond via email. If they do, they will tell you to call the number. That is VERY annoying. Why do you even give the option of submitting questions online if you are simply going to tell the potential resident to call. I don't have time to call all the properties I am interested in and it is easiest to gather the initial information via email. lived here for 4 months. this place is old n poorly maintained. the owners n management do the bare minimums (repairs, updates, etc.) to the property. examples of this include an apt that was in OK condition upon move-in (dirty n stained carpets, walls, holes, broken fridge handle), taking 3 months to fix a HUGE pothole right in the middle of parking lot driveway, old elevator that is super slow n has elevator handles unsecure, pool always look dirty (never see any maintenance done), a gym room... with just about 0 working workout machines (pictures indicate decent amount of machines, however they're mostly all broken, no cords, no power, off rails, etc)(gym is always empty cuz nothing works!), took two months to install a fridge handle n screen, major creaks in flooring under carpets, very old carpets (in apt n halls), HVAC tech who fixed their AC said the unit appeared to have never been maintained which is why it broke n flooded the carpet/floor down towards bottom lvls. they just raised the rent yet with all these issues and no renovations, that makes ABSOLUTELY no sense how they can justify rent increases. I have lived in several apartments. This one is not the nicest nor is it the worst. There could be more work done on the property and in each unit.
There is a swimming pool, hot tub, workout room, and racket ball court.
